DocCalc is a customized reimbursement calculator. We take your practice-specific information to develop an easy-to-use solution that will accurately determine the amount your patient owes and how the insurance company will process the claim.

During the setup process, you will provide us with your fee schedule information and answer a few questions about your practice. This information is not shared with anyone. We’ve taken great lengths to ensure your data is kept confidential and free of security threats.

Your designated staff will login to our secure client portal to access your custom DocCalc.

How it works

After logging in, the user will answer a few questions about the patient’s individual insurance coverage and select the procedures performed/planned. DocCalc will instantly provide an estimate of the amount due and give you the option of printing a summary and/or detail of how the claim will be processed. These documents are worded so that your patient will understand how their insurance works, clearing up the confusion that usually accompanies complicated benefit scenarios.
