We charge an initial setup fee of $500 for the standard practice. This includes:


One master charge list of up to 200 CPT/HCPCS codes


1-5 unique user
logins


Up to 25 individual payer fee
schedules


There may be additional charges if your needs are greater.

After setup, you will incur a monthly access fee for each user.


1st user

6th and up

2nd - 5th users
$35 each


Due to the detailed setup and customization, we require an initial contract of 12 months with a minimum of one user. Additional users may be added or removed during the contract, and you will only be charged for the months in which they are active.
